Terms and Conditions for New Leaf Hypnosis

Welcome to New Leaf Hypnosis. By booking and participating in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and the scope of our services.

1. Scope of Services

New Leaf Hypnosis provides hypnosis sessions designed to promote personal growth, relaxation, and self-improvement. Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and we do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions.

 

2. Eligibility

By engaging in our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have obtained written consent from a legal guardian if under 18.

  • You understand and agree to the nature and purpose of hypnosis sessions.

 

3. Confidentiality

All client information shared during hypnosis sessions is considered confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

 

4. Client Responsibility

  • You agree to participate in hypnosis sessions with an open mind and a willingness to engage in the process.

  • You acknowledge that the results of hypnosis depend on your active participation and commitment to the process.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during consultations.

 

5. Appointment Scheduling and Attendance

  • Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability.

  • It is your responsibility to arrive on time for scheduled sessions. If you are late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments.

 

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to the appointment date. While rescheduling options are available, please note that refunds will not be provided. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your request.

 

7. Payment Terms

  • All sessions must be paid for in full before reserving appointment.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card and PayPal.

 

8. Limitations of Liability

  • New Leaf Hypnosis is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken as a result of hypnosis sessions.

  • By participating in hypnosis, you accept full responsibility for any changes or actions resulting from your sessions.

 

9. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is permitted and encouraged if you cannot attend your scheduled appointment.

  • Rescheduling requests can be made by contacting us directly at least 24 hours before the appointment.

 

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

New Leaf Hypnosis reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email and will take effect immediately.
